Committed, not metered

Your band is set at contract. We verify against workforce size, not individual activity. Nobody logs how often one person posts. That is a design constraint, not a policy.

Core covers every signal

All six signal categories, team health scores, weekly digests. Enhanced adds HRIS, cohort slicing, manager briefings, and the executive deck. Starter is Core-only.

Annual is 30% cheaper

Monthly billing carries a 30% premium. Annual pricing matches the rack rate divided by twelve. Design partners get a fixed-term credit line item on top.

Common questions

Why committed headcount instead of per-seat metering?

Per-seat metering requires tracking individual usage. ClarityLift never does that. The whole architecture is aggregate-only with a 10-person floor. Bands let customers buy on committed workforce size without creating a per-individual billing metric.

What happens when my headcount crosses a band boundary?

The system watches for overage. A soft tripwire fires at 10% above band. A hard tripwire fires at 25% sustained. Starter to Team migration is automated. Team and up go through a short sales cycle to reset the band.

What do Core and Enhanced differ on?

Enhanced adds HRIS integration (Workday, BambooHR), cohort slicing by tenure and location, per-manager weekly briefings, cross-team friction heatmaps, and the executive briefing deck generator. Core covers all six signal categories, team health scores, and weekly digests. Starter is Core-only.

Why is Starter Core-only?

Starter is the founder-CEO self-serve path. Enhanced features assume an HR function and procurement cycle that does not exist below 50 employees. Adding Enhanced at Starter dilutes the product for the founder persona.

Can managers see individual employee data?

No. This is structurally prevented. ClarityLift only surfaces aggregate, team-level insights with a minimum group threshold of 10 people. There are no individual scores in the data model.

Do you store our messages?

No. Message text is processed by the classifier and discarded. We do not retain message content. Only aggregate scores, trend data, and team-level metrics persist.

Do you offer design partner terms?

Yes for our first 10 customers. 50% credit on Core for 12 months, fixed term. Contract shows list price plus a design partner credit line item. In exchange: a recorded case study at month 6 and a reference call at month 9.
