Roadmap

Where ClarityLift goes, stage by stage

The explicit 18-24 month arc. Every mid-market HR buyer evaluating a pre-launch SaaS product wants to know there is a roadmap beyond V1. This page answers that.

The constraints that make Stage 1 trustworthy apply to every stage that follows. No cross-tenant data licensing. No individual-level surfacing. No surveillance framing. Aggregate-only at every tier.

Stage 1Core — shipping now

Continuous signal, trust architecture, HR-led deployment

Live today

Continuous ambient signal from Slack and Teams. Per-team health scores, friction signals, retention signals, culture drift, alignment to goals, silence detection, intervention tracking with effectiveness measurement. Aggregate-only, 10-human floor, no DMs ever, no message text retained, 30-day per-team calibration before signals fire. AI-native by construction (LLM classification, LLM-synthesized insights) but positioned as the how, not the what.

  • Continuous classification + silence detection + alignment tracking
  • Intervention effectiveness measurement (what worked, what did not)
  • Cross-team attribution + handoff-friction signal type
  • Topic Lens V1 ambient trending topics
  • Dynamic 1:1 conversation prompts in the manager weekly digest
  • Finance-facing ROI calculator
  • Retention-zero whitepaper + consent architecture + DSAR support

Stage 2Enhanced

HRIS integration, actioning layer, plain-language query

Deeper integration and the first externally visible AI-agent surfaces. HRIS connectors ship with a strict connector-level field whitelist. Plain-language Topic Lens query ("what are people saying about the new insurance plan?") returns LLM-synthesized thematic summaries against the customer's own aggregate signal. An authenticated read API lets the customer's own AI agents consume ClarityLift signal for their own org.

  • HRIS integration (Workday, BambooHR, Rippling, ADP) — safe fields only
  • Cohort slicing by safe dimensions (team, department, work location)
  • Topic Lens V2 plain-language query API + UI
  • Actioning-layer partnerships with fractional CHRO channel
  • Authenticated read API (foundation) for the customer's own AI agents

Stage 3Enterprise

Conversational agent + API-first integration + within-tenant benchmarks

ClarityLift becomes a conversational surface inside Slack and Teams alongside the ingest bot. Authorized users request signal in natural language — "draft a summary of team health signals for my board deck" — and get an aggregate response that respects the 10-person floor. The authenticated API matures into a supported enterprise integration. Within-tenant benchmarks surface team-versus-its-own-90-day-baseline as a first-class concept. Strategic alignment deepens into multi-goal prioritization and exec-narrative drafting.

  • Conversational ClarityLift agent in Slack and Teams for authorized users
  • Mature authenticated API with SDKs + rate limiting + scoped access
  • Per-team benchmarks against the org's own history
  • Strategic alignment module with multi-goal prioritization
  • Exec-narrative drafting from the quarter's signal history

Stage 4Enterprise+

Opt-in industry benchmarks, aggregate pattern alerts

Customers who explicitly opt in can see their org-level scores against the distribution of other opt-in customers in the same industry supersector. Produced via k-anonymity aggregation with minimum cohort sizes and careful cell suppression. Never licensed externally. Never used to answer "who else looks like us" for a third party. Inside the opting-in customer's own dashboard only. The opt-in mechanic is load-bearing — Stage 4 fails if it becomes a wink-and-nod default.

  • Cross-customer industry benchmarks, opt-in only, k-anonymous aggregates
  • Pattern alerts grounded in the customer's own history first
  • Proactive intervention suggestions from logged interventions + effectiveness

What stays rejected

The non-goals are load-bearing

ClarityLift sits in a category (organizational analytics) where the adjacent products have drifted toward surveillance, cross-tenant data products, and bolted-on AI wrappers. The non-goals below are the separation. They apply at every stage of the roadmap.

No cross-tenant data licensing

We do not sell or license customer behavioral data to PE firms, VCs, consultancies, boards, insurers, or researchers. Stage 4 opt-in benchmarks are an inside-the-product feature, not a licensed data product.

No ClarityLift as a third-party AI data provider

The customer's own AI agents can query their own org's aggregate signal via the Stage 2 / 3 API. Third-party agents cannot query another customer's data. The trust architecture extends to agent traffic.

No cross-tenant aggregation without explicit opt-in

Stage 4 benchmarks require a contractual opt-in. Raw signal never leaves the tenant under any circumstances.

No individual-level surfacing at any stage

Aggregate-only, minimum group of 10, enforced at the database layer and visible in every export. Applies identically to dashboard traffic, agent queries, and API calls.

No zero-calibration mode

Every channel takes 30 days to learn its baseline. "It works immediately" is a survey-tool promise and is wrong for an aggregate-signal product.

A word on AI agents

AI is the how. The what is organizational health intelligence.

Every SaaS product in 2026 is adding an agent. Most are thin wrappers on LLM APIs that do not survive twelve months of customer use. We have three specific AI-agent surfaces on the roadmap:

  • Stage 2:authenticated read API so the customer's own AI agents can query ClarityLift signal for their own org.
  • Stage 3: conversational ClarityLift agent in Slack and Teams for authorized users. Aggregate answers, 10-person floor, no individual messages.
  • Already shipping: AI internally turns raw signal into actionable outputs. LLM classification, synthesized insights, dynamic 1:1 prompts. This is the foundation, not a V2 add-on.

What we do not do: sell access to ClarityLift data to third-party AI systems serving other customers. The trust architecture extends to agent traffic.

Stage 1 is live. Stage 2 is the natural year-2 conversation.
